About Us

Mozaiku Prints is a small Philippine-based printing research studio driven by curiosity and experimentation

By studying and customizing different machines, we’ve
developed ways to produce high-quality yet affordable
prints through UV printing and CNC cutting

We accept GCash and Bank Transfer to BDO (Banco de Oro).


• Metro Manila: We accept Same Day Delivery (SDD) via Grab, Lalamove, and other couriers of your choice. We leave the booking to the client.
• Provincial: We use LBC, with rates starting around ₱100 depending on your order size. We will book for delivery for you ^^

We work in RGB ^^ All files are printed using our standard color settings and ICC profile, and we do not edit submitted files.

Want to test your colors first? We offer SAMPLE PRINTS for only ₱200 per sheet (print only, no cutting). We can make your charms as small as 0.5 inches!

What’s in the Mozaiku Template?

When you open the PSD file with photoshop, you'll see the following set of folders:

ㅤAreaDescription
1Design AreaMake the most of this space with all the designs you'd want us to print.
2Restricted GuidelinesDon't place anything within this area. We use this for laser calibration purposes.
3Cutlines FolderPlace all your cut shapes in here, the laser will cut those designs.
4Front Print FolderFirst layer to be printed on the acrylic. Will result in mirrored prints.
5Translucent FolderPlace all layers that you want to be translucent in here.
6Back PrintLast layer to be printed. The design with the correct orientation (no mirroring). This is also the design seen on the surface of the acrylic and is the part that gets covered with epoxy.
7GuidelinesRelated to item-2, please do not touch this folder.

Our layout fee is PHP 150 per unique layout

1. Kindly send each design without a background in either a psd or png format and name it as follows:

name quantity (size)
Example: Zaiku_10pcs (2.5in)

Please also give the actual name of the character/design, to make it easier for us if we need to reprint anything or if you'd like to add additional pieces of that design :)Kindly also give the unit in inches as that’s what we’ll use ^^

2. Please take note that the size you give will include both the CUTLINE and CUTHOLE. If you'd like to size it according to CUTLINE or ARTWORK instead, kindly let us know in advance ^^Additionally, we also size from the longest point of the design. If you'd like it sized by height and/or width only, kindly also let us know.Layout orders without explicit instructions regarding the sizing will be sized according to the standard.

3. For any special instructions (gradient, specific cuthole placements, etc)

A. Translucent Cutline:
Kindly make sure to send it separate from the design, and that the design is only the design without any outline (unless you want the outline to be a part of the design)You can send either a screenshot or a hexcode of the TRANSLUCENT color you'd like.*Kindly take note we don't accept WHITE TRANSLUCENT

B. Multiple/Special Cutholes:
Kindly send a VISUAL GUIDE and place it in a folder separate from the ones you'd like to have a standard cuthole.
